Terms of reference

To determine appeal by any person aggrieved by a decision of the public officer appointed by the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs made in respect of him on application for and grant of licence, transfer of a licence, and revocation, suspension, refusal to renew, amendment or variation of conditions of a licence under the respective sections 5, 6, 9 of the Amusement Game Centres Ordinance.
