Interest and Surcharge on Arrears on Maintenance

It is simple and easy to calculate interest and surcharge on arrears of maintenance (you may take 5 - 15 minutes to complete the whole process).

Step 1 Select and Enter the Basic Case Information, which includes the Calculation Period (i.e. the period in which default has occurred) and Interest Rate

Step 2 Select and Enter the Details of the Maintenance Order

Step 3 Select and Enter the Details of the Court Order in relation to Arrears of Maintenance (if any)

Step 4 Select and Enter the Details of the Payment(s) Waived (if any)

Step 5 Enter the Details of the Payment(s) Made by the Payer
